Where can I find good Ebay selling software...? I'm looking for something that will download or put into a report my listings, the winning bid, shipping costs PLUS I want it to give me my Ebay fees, Paypal fees, and shipping I paid. I'm assuming I can get it in some listing program that also let's me set up my listings? There has to be somthing for people that sell large amounts of things that will compile the data for us. What is the benefit of becoming a software reseller and sell software on Ebay? I want to sell software on ebay, but the only legitimate way to do this is to be a licensed reseller. Can I sell old software on Ebay that was previously registered to me? I have some software cds of old adobe graphic design software. I'm talking like probably 8 years ago. I know I won't get much, but I hate to just toss it (it was very $$ back in the day). Although it is extememely outdated, I figured someone could use it somewhere. Is it legal to buy counterfit software off of eBay as long as your not the one selling it? I personally don't care as long as the software works, and it doesn't need updates. If it does, their is usually a crack to bypass the online checks. If I can get the software for dirt cheap and save my self a couple hundred dollars in the process, why should I care if I bought legit software or not.

Need help finding a good eBay Selling assistant software.? Hello everyone! I am looking for a software which will make my eBay life much easier. First, I need a good lister, such as turbo lister, but turbo lister is ending at the end of this month. The items that I am selling on eBay are downloadable and require an immediate payment via Paypal. How do you protect yourself from someone who wants to return item for refund because of any possible reason, given the fact software can be copied, pirated, etc...? eBay automation software? I have about 50 different items I want to sell on eBay and I am looking for some software that will allow me to enter in all the data and pictures on my computer over a few weeks time and when I am ready to post them on eBay, some type of automation software so I can get everything ready for all the items then post them.
Why do people remove the UPC stickers for software they sell on EBAY? I want Nortons anti-virus, and looking on ebay, but they all say "UPC stickers(codes) on box are carefully removed". Why do they do that. Thanks guys.
Selling Adobe Web Bundle Software? I've got a brand spanking new version of Adobe Web Bundle software for the PC (education version -- for which there's no difference from the regular version). However, I have already opened it, installed and registered it on my machine. The problem is I don't use it, don't know how to use it, and don't have time to learn how to use it. I was just on a spending spree and bought it on a whim. My question: Can I legally sell this software, say, on eBay? I would (of course) remove it from my machine. How come most people that are selling software from United Kindom is counterfit software.? I see software titles such has Microsoft office 2007 and auto cad 2007 going for $26$36 dollars. This software usually cost $400-$1000. I only sellers from United Kingdom selling their software for that cheap, know where else. I actually bought MS office 2003 a couple years ago for $36. eBay, then pulled the listing after I paid the seller. I did receive the software and it was a copy. I personally didn't care because I was able to get updates and stuff, and software works with no problem. How come people that live in United kingdom do this and know where else. Is it because they have no copy right laws, or its it impossible to trace back to the seller. I was just carious. Many roms and stuff also come from United Kingdom.
Why do i see new software being sold so cheap on EBAY?..? I have noticed that companies from India seem to be selling very good software dirt cheap...And alot of it is good,courses etc... I need help with my ebay suspension? I got suspended from ebay for selling the popular software DVDFab 3. Ebay has a policy againts selling software that allows ebay users to copy DVD's that defeat copyright measures. I need help reinstateing my account. I have violated several violations and ingored all the warnings ebay gave me. I realize getting suspended was my fault and I have learned a lessoned and ready to use ebay responsibly. Whats the Statue of limitations for selling pirated software illegally? Two years ago, I sold about 50-100 copies of DVDFab platinum along with 3 other burning programs. I know it was dumb and illegal, but I did it to help me get out of credit card debt. I got several warnings from eBay, but I still kept on selling. I finally got my account suspended by eBay and it took me 4 months to get reinstated. Since then I have not sold anything illegal on Ebay. Can I still get arrested or sued for selling illegal copies. Whats the worse that could happen to me or being caught after two years when the crime was committed? Buying software on ebay -much cheaper but reliable? I am looking to purchase MS windows XP Professional w. SP2 - retail is approx $300 - but I am getting at ebay for $130!! the seller says that it is an original OEM pack with a COA label (never used). The seller claims the CD has the Microsoft hyroglyphic. Seller claims that he will replace the CD if defective. Seller comes with lots of positive ratings on sale of same product - my concerns are: (i) is this legal? I am a frequent visitor of Planet-Source-Code.com, and I do a lot of code sharing there. For these applications, I think that they might be useful enough for people to buy. I am not interested in starting a company, or dealing with the whole website design and marketing maze. I have considered selling it on EBay, but it would not be very honest to sell the software as purchased software if I wrote the code, and I doubt anyone would buy it if they knew that it's just a guy writing code in his basement.
