How do I start a mail/shipping business? I recently moved from an area with a business that was very successful that people could bring packages or items in and the company packaged and gave a shipping quote on the item. I want to use this business as a model and incorporate ebay trade assistant but I cannot find any information anywhere on how to get started with usps, fed ex, ups and all these other serverices that this company used to help there customers. My Business Idea? Ok here's what I was planning to do but had trouble finding a supplier. Please rate this idea and give me your honest answer. I was going to start a jewelry business on the Avon business model. Actively marketing my products instead of waiting for customers. The Jewelry I was going to sell is very appealing to the eye and very desirable. I was also going to sell it an affordable price. Appealing, quality hand made gold and silver jewelry sold actively by women to women and also on the internet and on ebay. Eventually I was also going to try and negotiate with jewelry stores. Please tell me if this idea would have failed and why?? I know that everyone is selling jewelry, but this jewelry like I said is very very desirable and very pleasing to the eye. It's hand made 18k gold with nice gem stones and it wins in international competitions every time!! That is what my strength would be, the beauty and quality of the product. The ladies would have to order it just like with Avon and it would take a week or so to get, but they would not be disappointed!!

Where can I get a reliable second hand A1 mono plotter? I'm running my own CAD business now and I need an A1 mono plotter for doing my plans. I can find some cheap "Joycut" ones but they look terrible, and I think I'd rather fork out for a second hand HP model than risk one of these unknown brands. Can anyone help me with fining one? Which blackberry phone is right for me? I want to purchase a blackberry, bad thing is I don't know which model to get. Right now I am using a Sidekick 3, I have always used sidekicks since almost the beginning of my mobile phone history. I had a 2 and a 3 which I still own both, but after a while they have both stopped working properly and I am sick of them. So I've been looking into a blackberry. I'm 17 years of age and NOT a businessman in any sense of the word, and that's kind of a shame seeing as how blackberrys seem to be focused more on the business consumer than someone of my age. I don't check my email daily, which is a big feature with blackberrys. Infact the only thing I will use the phone for is calling and texting... and web browsing from time to time. An mp3 would be a nice touch but not needed. I looked into the 8700g, they are in my budget on eBay but they don't seem to have an mp3 player or anything fun at all... How much do you think I can get for a pair of 3/4 (discontinued model) black gucci loafers? I am speaking of the classic loafer with the silver buckle. Right now the low pair are retailing for $425 I believe. When I high (3/4) pair 9 years ago they were $325. By them being discontinued and hard to find how much do you think they would sell for on ebay. Mind you that a limited edition pair of Jordan's that were released in January retailed for $230 and were selling on ebay for about $1500. So do you think there are Gucci connoisseurs around that would be willing to pay that much or more for my pair? They are in good condition. They need a new sole but other than that the leather is excellent, could use a nice shining. A couple of stiches need to be replaced as well, but very minor. I could have all that fixed before I send them off. How much is this worth? I have been working on a bath and body business idea for almost 2 years now. I have a domain name, website designed all but added the actual products, professional logo, preliminary formulas, marketing strategy (not actual plan yet, but I had a game plan), etc. The products and theme are geared toward a specific niche and I think I've done a pretty good job staying within that niche right down to product names and model photos. Anyway, is all this work worth anything? Perhaps on Ebay? My credit sucks and I have simply given up on ever being able to purchase the supplies I need to get started. And I don't want to just make a couple products here and there in a less that professional manner - I'm an all or nothing kind of person. Digital camera with 120fps slow motion ? Im looking for something to film. No its not a video camera what im after but im after a digital camera that can actually film in very steady slow motion 120fps or greater. Along with able to take digital photos with it. Is there any kind of mobile phone or digital camera that does this? I like to fine out and if yes let us know what model and brand and so on but so long it is currently available in australia only. The only 120fps I know is the LG U990 mobile phone (cellphone) But its a phone plus you end up in contracts with it if only im wanting to use it is take pics and film in slow steady motion since i allready own a mobile phone i dont need another one. Question about memory card on a Concord 4060af.? I just got this camera on ebay, for my son. The owners manual says it will take up to a 512mb SD card. 3 different sites online (the kind where you tell them the make and model, and they tell you what it takes), say it will take a 2 GB card. These guys are in the business of selling cards, I would think they know what their talking about. Any opinions?

HAS ANYONE HEARD OF GENUINE STEEL in Pomona, CA? I purchase a set of their rear tail light guards for my truck and I think its missing the instuction booklet and/or screws (that's what Ebay listing said). Existing scanner/printer is incompatible with Vista- what would YOU do? I have a Canon F30 inkjet scanner/printer that is 5 years old and works FINE. Recently, my CPU bit the dust, so I bought a new oshibalaptop, for portability's sake. When I went to install my printer's drivers, I found out it wouldn't accept Vista. No problem, I figured, so I went to Canon's website to install the prober, updated driver, and found out CANON DIDN"T BOTHER TO MAKE ONE, NOR DID THEY PLAN TO! Their customer support" was snide and offered me an unspecified "customer loyalty discount"(probably 10%) on a NEW purchase. I NEED a scanner for business(I'm a part-time cartoonist, plus I sell a LOT of comics on eBay), but I have a handicapped child and hence not a lot of money. Is there a fix, should, I buy a used model, a new one, or is it possible to piggyback a scanner through the printer function(that WILL still function if I download a non-Microsoft-approved emulator)?
