My question is will paypal go to my checking account and take the funds to cover it? I have napster and thats what they do but im not sure if it depends on the company or paypal. If I add funds to my account it takes a few days to go through so I wouldnt know if it made it in time for when they get my order.

I have called Paypal and they said it was due to the spike as it was my first transfer and it was too big. For those who have gotten this error, will my creditcard ever work again? Locked Paypal account? My current Paypal account recieved limited access. I did all steps asked to resolve the situation, and when my account went for review I had an email saying the details on my account are associated with another Paypal account that has unresolved issues. Paypal Account Was Restricted Limited Access? My paypal account has been limted, and I don't know why. I have tried to contact PayPal and they have not responded. I actually have 3 accounts with Paypal, all used for different things, and I got on the other day to find that they were all "limited access". I sell things on Ebay and people pay through Paypal...I have not done anything wrong or sold a nything prohibited... PayPal Scams me!Help!!!Notification of PayPal Limited Account Access !!!? I have received an e-mail from paypal this morning and I was like oh crap,paypal scam has reach me. Read this:these are the exactly words that shows on my paypal account: Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially high risk. And the funniest thing is I can add funds to my paypal account but I can't send/requested money.I mean if I can't send a payment,why the hell do I need to add funds to my acct and let them keep it,and there's no way I can take the money unless the problem's solve. Paypal requires documents from me in order to solve my poblem.I can fax them my ids,address and utility bill.But I can't complete one of the requirements.That's to povide e-mail or phone # from my supplier because I don't have any,how can I provide the info???Does that mean My Paypal account is Fozen for life?What do u suggest me to do?Did anyone get their pp acct frozen before and defrozen now? Need a bank account to verify a PayPal account, but owner of savings accout is under 18 Please Help? I have someone in the family that has a PayPal account; it has quite a bit of money in it, and we need to get it out; however there is no one in the family that will link their bank account to the paypal account to verify it, and withdraw the funds for security reasons. However, If I have a bank savings account, and I am only 15, can I link it up to it and withdraw the funds and have that as the primary bank account that the PayPal account is linked to or would that be fraud? Paypal: Bank account question, what if someone uses our bank account info and use it in paypal? I have this in mind a while ago, what if someone knows your bank account number and expiration date then uses it for paypal transactions? Because all important information is in our bank card (e.g. visa, mastercard) has the information needed for registering a paypal account. Those important information includes the bank account no, expiration date. Anybody here realize that when we buy something and the salesperson would attempt to copy down your bank card information then uses it for paypal? Maybe I'm wrong about this, I would like to hear some answers.

I have a PayPal account but no funds are in my account balance? Recently I bought something from a website with a $50 prepaid MasterCard debit card. But the website required a PayPal account so I created one from the webpage that I bought THE ITEM from. The webpage said the transaction was complete so I checked the balance of the card online.The full price of the item + shipping was taken away(approx. $25), but there was also a $1.00 charge from PayPal. When I check my PayPal account it shows that the card is linked to my account but it doesn't show a current balance. My question is that even though the transaction went through on the original webpage with the newly-created PayPal account why isn't the remaining balance of the card showing up as the balance of the PayPal account? And what is with the $1 charge, I'm guessing it's like a transaction fee or something. The reason why I would like to know is because I need to make sure the funds are there for when I create a ebay account. PayPal says the card is my primary source of payment so how do I transfer the funds. Or is it that even though it says a balance of $0.00 if I sign up for an account with ebay and make a purchase, it will automatically take the total off of the card.
