If I call, will they be able to fix my locked status problem? Becuase i sent them the info but theys end something about my photo ID not being clear when it was as clear as day.

My husband put a "friends" phone number on his paypal account.? My husband has been playing world of warcraft for almost 2yrs now. He met this girl who he says is his friend. We have talked in fact I have changed my phone numbers. They both say they are just friends however he put her phone number on his paypal account. Also, I found earlier he set up and email that he said someone else gave her the email. I didn't even know about the email. I should also add that he is deployed right now and has not really been communicating with me or our 4 children. He is also playing WoW while he is over there and he can't figure out why I'm having issues trusting him. He says it's my fault because I asked him to quit playing the game. In fact I did. Has anyone changed their funding source at Paypal and then had the number stolen? I changed my back up funding at Paypal on Thursday. I check my credit card online today and I see on that same day a charge I did not make. The details on the transaction say it is for COSMICRAYEN and lists this phone number "402 935 7733". When I search this number on the web, it is listed as a Paypal number. I have alerted my cc company of the fraudulent charge, cancelled hte card and there have been no further charges. Should I contact Paypal and tell them what has happened? This is the second chard card number I have had stolen this month. I am a big advocate of online shopping but this is getting scary. Hi has anyone heard of a scam involving paypal.? i have posted an add on a donation page as I am in desperate need of financial help. i have two reply's from two different people who have said they would deposit funds into my paypal account but asked if I could pass some of the fund onto someone else ( as they wanted to remain anonymous) to the second person receiving the funds. Obviously dosen't sound above board. Would love to hear from anyone who may know what sort of a scam it is as I don't understand how they would scam money from me. Has anybody won a claim on paypal? I bought an item on yahoo auctions and the seller never sent it. I have tried contacting him and he is not replying. When i look at yahoo's claims TOS they say they can only refund $200 with a $25 cahrge which sucks when you paid $722. So i am filing the claim with paypal has anybody won? Is there a way to email "PayPal Buyer Credit" (not PayPal)? I am trying to dispute a charge. This is NOT PayPal, it is an actual credit account. They only list a phone number and address. I can't seem to get a rep by phone which I can clearly understand. I finally got one that I could sort of communicate with and dipsuted it over the phone and disputed the late fee. Im 14 and i have a solo bank account, which means that i basicly have a credit card but i cant have an overdraft of write cheques, anyway i could sign up to paypal with my solo account as it accepts it. I play neopets and i want to have the 15 day free trial on premium but when you come off it i keep some stuff. Ebay/Paypal complaints procedure..? Does anyone feel that the Ebay/Paypal complaints procedure is a waste of time? My reason for asking is that on December 5th 2007 I bought a pair of training shoes, I am still waiting for them to arrive..(perhaps they have run away).. I have contacted the seller several times and only ever get a standard form email in return.. So I finally reported the issue to Ebay who passed me on to Paypal who say I should wait until the 8th of February to see if the items turn up.. I feel that Ebay are letting people down with their indifferent attitude..Given that they announced this week that the last quarterly profit was $530.9 million dollars could they not be just a little more helpful.??? I have followed all their instructions and requested sellers details and the phone number given is American with no dialling code... Am I alone in thinking this is not good enough??? Who Do I Take To Court? Paypal Or The Seller? Basically I sold a laptop, and with the funds bought another all through Paypal. Anyway the guy I bought mine of sent it special delivery, I got it the next day, excellent service so far. Anyway I had mine all wrapped up ready to post the next weekend, The morning I was abought to post I checked to get the buyer address through my paypal account and was shocked to see it limited. I got an email from Paypal saying something along the lines of being high risk I had to verify a few things, which Include invoices from where I originally bought my items, which I simply don't have, I phoned paypal and they said I need all this documentation to get the limitation lifted. In the mean time the money I paid to get my laptop was put on hold, and off course the seller wasn't happy, He was huffing and puffing about calling the Police on me and taking me to court etc, So I asked him if I pay you by cheque will you tell paypal this so they can release the funds, "Oh yes no problem" he said, so I sent of the cheque to him Special delivery, he got it the next day. The guy I sold my laptop to I told him I could not complete the transaction, and I can't as theres no way of getting the limitation lifed so he filed a complaint against me and assures me if he doesn't get his money back it'll be court for me. When the guy I paid by cheque received it he went back on his word, he is avoiding me so I have no way of getting my money back, I sent paypal an email with the tracking number which proves I paid him via cheque, there is even his signature, but paypal will not release the funds to me unless this guy gives them the go ahead, and thus I can not refund the original sender and am going to end up in court, and if I do go to court I'm damn sure I'm taking someone else with me that caused this mess. So do I start a court action against Paypal or the seller?
