What is paypal customer service phone number for the UK?

How can i actually reach a person with the paypal phone number? im having a big issue with paypal and ive been trying to call them but they just seem to have this silly computer voice machine. is there a way/ number i can speak with real customer service?

I cannot find a customer service number for magicjack.com? It was supposed to have a one month free 39.95 trial offer for local phone and long distance for a year.It says it doesn't apply to Canadians.I want to pay with debit or paypal and not credit card so I wish to contact them for payments and billings.

HELP:Does anyone have the telephone number to contact customer service at ebay.? I am having a problem with a seller The problem-1st time using ebay.`I won an item and promptly paid with paypal as the seller said they took this.The seller then denied payment.I have received no correspondence in my ebay message only my personal email account.I am not even sure if it is from the seller.Because I have in the past received hundreds of spoof emails & was told if it's legit it will be in mybay messages,I am afraid to trust this email.I have since received several.When I tried to get the sellers phone number to contact them to resolve this,says I cant get this though that was what ebay suggested via a message.I've wasted 5 hours on this.I want item and don't want negative feedback for not paying.The message I recieved to personal ebay said thanks for payment.I know I said I took paypal but I lose money taking paypal.If you don't mind me losing money,I'll take it but make it out to and it listed a different emailaddress or send a MO to CA address.wont send info 2 ebay acct

Learn from my experience and does anyone have any other suggestions? I posted my cell phone to sell one ebay, and I ALMOST fell victim to a fraud. This person agreed to buy the phone but said that they would send payment to my paypal account. The person said to contact her via email when I received the confirmation email and that she would have the phone picked up by fed-ex. Well, the e-mail that I received said that the transaction could not be completed until I provided customer service the tracking number of the package. Luckily for me, I called paypal to figure out how to do this for their site did not have any information about completing this. The customer service rep told me that it was a prank--that the email didn not come from paypal--and that the person was going to take my cell phone and not pay me. So far, I have reported the person to paypal, to ebay, to the fbi internet crime site, and yahoo (since they used a yahoo account to stay in contact with me). Please send suggestions as to how else I can make sure this person face justice.
