is there any way to send money from US to Philippines which charges you very low fee unlike Western Union? I've clients in US and they send money thru Western Union. the problem is that, Western Union charges my clients so high. This is the first time i use paypal, why it always says: "This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time." everytime i tried to transfer money? Whats the best way to send UK money to the Philippines? I want to send £15,000 for a house, its all legitimate but i don't want any charges other than than the £17.00 this end. Western Union or paypal is np good for this amount I know. By the way, I sent a Halifax card there and its used in the ATM and the charges for each withdraw is £1.50 expensive if the ATMs only allow a £3000peso at a time, more likely in the provinces. I asked someone here (he has paypal) that I wanted to buy at ebay.com and the only payment option that the seller accepts is paypal. I asked him what is his system (the one who has paypal) if I would use his paypal account (of course he is the one who will buy at ebay then I will just pay him in peso.) his system is like this, if the total payment for the item is let say $60 the one who has paypal account wanted me to pay $60+%30 (%30 of $60 is $18) of the total amount so I would pay him $78. Is +%30 too much?

how do I activate my debit card? Why is it not working on paypal? My debit card is Master Card (there is a logo) and the only reason i applied for it is paypal (I live in the Philippines).. When I first got it, I was told to activate it, and changing the given pin to my chosen pin. I did that with the help of a friend, and we even got receipts. Also, we tried it for the second time and my new pin worked for it. But take note, I still have not put in money in it.. the only balance left is the minimum, but I asked and told me just swipe it and change the pin and it will be activated.
