I DON'T HAVE any kinds of credit cards. Most in ebay.com accept payments in Paypal only. I wanted to buy at ebay.com but the seller accepts paypal payment only. There is NO Paypal here in the Philippines. Do you know anyone who has paypal and I could just pay him through gcash or wire transfer here in the Philippines? I wish there'll be more payment options that is secured yet not requiring a credit card because many people can't have it.

- DEBIT cards can be used, or just a checking account. There have to be various banks in the Phillippines, so just open a checking account at a bank.
