ok i have a new paypal account and it is already set up with my bank account and stuff, but my paypal balance is still 0.00 people told me that it is supose to be like that they said that i only get money on my paypal balance when i sell something is there any other way that i can put money in my paypal balance from my bank account?

- Yes there is a way, Log into paypal. Under the My Account tab click on Add Funds. The page that comes up should give u all u need to transfer funds from your bank account to paypal. You will have to wait a few days for the amount to clear tho.
