My dad is a member of PayPal andhe can not access his account. When he does forgot password, he does not know his security questions or answers. He cant do the birth date either. He did not make an alternate address. When he tries to make a new one, he cant. He inly hase on credit card. So when he makes a new one, It says this credit card is already in a different account. WHAT SHOULD I DO THAT WOULD MAKE MY DAD ABLE TO USE PAYPAL AGAIN???????
