  1. You don't have to pay. A small fee will be discounted when you receive money but for paying you dont need to pay extra.
  2. log on to paypal.com and follow there directions it is real easy
  3. yes, they can be found at PAYPAL.COM. account is free. you pay fees only when you are receiving money via PayPal.
  4. Go to paypal.com and register to become a member, follow their instructions to complete the registration by providing your bank account information and credit/debit card information , if you receive funds to your paypal account then a fee will be charged. It is very fast and simple to become a member.
  5. Paypal is a money transfering service offered over the internet. Some Ebay sellers ask buyers to use paypal so the transaction could be secure. Whoever recieves money over paypal pays a small fee.
  6. It's real simple, go to paypal.com and follow the instructions. You will need a bank account with all the numbers on your check and/or a credit card. They will process this and it will be verified. To verify your information they usually make 2 small deposits into your bank account in the next 1-3 days after you set up your account and you have to tell them how much they were. So you actually make a small profit when you open it. You only get charged for selling items so you will see no fees as long as you are the purchaser.
  7. You need a credit card and/or bank account to open a paypal account. The more info you can provide paypal the less limits you have. When you receive money there is a percentage they take out but to transfer money from your paypal account to your bank or card is free. Beware, if you plan on using paypal to sell items on ebay be prepared to meet and deal with unhappy angry people. I have been a seller on ebay for a few years and if someone does not like a item you sell them when they get it they can file a dispute for any reason and demand a refund even if you described the item accuratly. But buying stuff using paypal is as safe as it gets. You need a credit card or bank account, and then just your personal info. If you just use a credit card you will be limited to buying $5,000 a month and can only transfer $500 a month from your paypal account to your card.
