Good evening sirs / madams, This is a warning to the public from the met, interpol and trading standards in the UK to avoid dealing with a company by the name of paypal, as we have received a number of compalints relating to fraudulent trading by this company, invloving the illegal and inapproriate freezings of its clients accounts, theft from clients, etc. If you happen to be outside their offices one day and you see a member of their staff, please do not approacfh personally, although they are not considered likely to be armed or dangerous, but you may be alerting them to the fact we are investigating them. We are already aware and theres no need for any further action, other than not to use their services, as theres a real risk you could fall victim to them.
