Ebay Scams?
Recently, I made a purchase on Ebay. It was a scam and after I filed a claim, I only got $200 of the $545 I paid. What should I do to get the rest back? HELP!!!!

- Sorry that you got caught in a scam. I am surprised you got anything back at all. At least you did get something back. Most folks lose the entire amount. You could try hounding the seller if you have his/her address and phone. EBay will supply you the info as you have a legitimate transaction and grievance. You could file a small claims court, and when judgement is given in your favor, try to collect. But the judgement has no teeth, so you are on your own in collecting. Any other methods I could think of are probably going to be illegal or criminal, so we'll stop here.
