Make Money On Ebay

Are people on ebay scams?

Public Comments

  1. Not Really , when you click a product on the right hand side you can see what people have voted for the person who has posted the product . If he is like from 95-100% popular than it means that the person is not a scam and you can also view comments. Also use common sence if you think that the price is reasonable go for it but if you think that there is a lot of difference then dont risk it.
  2. Hi Friend Well friend as in any other community in the world whether it be online or offline some people are inherently good and some are inherently bad. See all the fingers in your hand are not the same. But Generally speaking most of the people on Ebay are very good, honest and trustworthy. And it is only because of these priceless people, that EBay is growing bigger day by day. Otherwise even ebay would have failed. I hope you see my point. Also there are many ways that you can detect the probability of being scammed on ebay. My dear friend, all the people in this world lose money wether in Stock markets or in Business deals or in Ebay just because of two things. The first one is "FEAR" and the second one is "GREAD". So if you adopt the following policies, you can never be scammed on Ebay:- 1.) First of all, trust only those persons who have very good feedback ratings and are old members of Ebay. Also see the comments and Feedback they get from their buyers about the quality of their products, efficiency and speed of delivery etc. 2.) Also view the seller's detailed Payment policy and methods and also the Returns and Warranty policy. Also be fully aware of the shipping and handling charges charged by the seller, so that there is no possibility of confusion or disagreement later on. 3.) Now try to see whether the buyer is not providing any item on ridiculously low prices. This is the time to use your brain since such a cheap item may be a stolen one or may be faulty and the seller may be trying to dispose it off. 4.) Also try to see whether the seller is trying to use words like "Once in a lifetime Opportunity", "Hurry Up-Last piece left" etc. in his promotions. As it may happen that the item may not be authentic and the seller may be trying to dispose the item quicly to unsuspecting buyers. And yes remember that most of the people are generally GOOD and they have a Kind HEART. The whole world and eBay depends on people like these and just because of one or two odd persons don't call all of them as scams. Good Luck!!! Happy eBay-ing.
