Ebay Selling Ideas?

I really would like to make some extra $ selling on ebay, but it is very difficult to find the right items. I want to sell items that are more homemade and less expensive, but yet would be ver popular on the site. I started with mystery auctions, and they do work but not much profit at all. I was thinking ideas such as a homemade bound coloring book or gift basket buissness but not sure. Ideas would be appreciated!

  3. Hi – I am an established seller on eBay. eBay has been my full time job for 4 years, and I have sold over 12,000 items. I have experimented with many product lines including books, CDs, DVDs, sporting goods, cookware, household items, cosmetics, and children's items. My product line now is mainly clothing and shoes. The only way to survive on eBay is to experiment and find out what sells. What is popular today may not be popular 3 months from now. You have to adapt to the trends and be willing to go with the flow. There is no "magic" product that works all the time, every time. Do some research and determine what has sold in the past, and for how much. Search completed listings for craft or homemade items - see what has worked for other sellers. I have a website developed for helping other sellers find success on eBay. There are free resources like my blog, newsletter with practical selling information, and work at home tips. You can sign up for the FREE newsletter. (There is also a link to my eBay store so you can see what I sell and read my feedback.) http://ebaysellingcoach.com/ Please email me directly and I can share more information with you, or if you have specific questions.
