Ebay Scam?????

I am an eBay seller with 100% positive feedback. I never had a problem before and I have been using eBay for the last 4 years. I sold a Sidekick II on Jan. 15th and shipped it. The Customer tells me they never received the phone.... and filed a dispute, was impatient and wouldn't wait, so I finally refunded there cash today and don't know the where abouts of the phone. . . . could they have received it and try to play scam??? they had no feedback. i have found there myspace page . . . i don't know if i should threaten or blackmail them??? http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=168139565

1. yes they could have easily.....some jerks do that to mess with people who have 100% feedback
2. They probably scammed you. You should always get tracking when you ship to avoid this problem.
3. yes you should get a tracking number on all sold items even if you dont state it helps varify delivery i never go without and it has got me out of a lot of scams if you guarantee a item you must know when it arived lot of people will mess with sold pcs and damage them always have a confirmation # it guarantees delivery
4. Yes. Ebay gets paid so they don't care? I've been ripped off heaps of times as a buyer.
5. you can't really assume they scammed you. when shipping an item such as that, always request a signature at delivery or insure the item. If you just ship it regular mail, without restriction, the post office or ups/fedex will just leave it in the mailbox or on the doorstep and someone could just walk away with it.

7. you got scam,,,for sure,,,,,,,,i had that problem before with a person who had no feedback,,,thats why i get the items registered with mail when sending items,now,,,so they cant do that b*llsh*t,,,,,,,,sorry to say ,,you got scammed,,,,,,,,
8. if you have been taken for a ride report them to the police....and e-bay thats the best way to go about it... but if you send anything out always make sure you get a signature for it from the delivery company... and you should always insure your goods for lose or damage..
9. Yes I must say the automated shipping is the way to go , don't you have the conformation on the item thats all you needed to show paypal and eBay and you wouldn't have lost you hard earned income.
