- report it to ebay
- contact paypal and ebay....
- That is why as a ebay seller you NEVER send anything out before receiving a payment and it has cleared!! Take it up with ebay but I doubt much will happen!!
- You should know by now that ANYTHING associated with Nigeria is a scam. This has gotten to be such old news it's amazing people still fall for it. In all likelihood you are stuck and will never see a dime, and there is next to nothing you can do about it.
- Report the scammers on ebay.
- You definately need to report them to ebay adnf fight for your money. This is why I do not do internatioal mailing.
- This happened to me in the past with something I purchased and it ended up being bootlegged and from china. I opened a case with paypal and they reviewed it and pulled the money from the sellers account and refunded me. For some reason there are a lot of scammers in eu and nigera lately. I never ship anyting until payment has cleared.
- Open up a dispute with ebay. Go to ebay,.com and use the sitemap.
- Take this as a life lesson, as a seller you do not ship the item until you are paid... No exception. It's because of mistakes like this these scammers thrive. Next, contact Ebay about this scam. There is nothing anyone here can do to help you, Ebay however can.
- What are you doing actually sending something to Nigeria? TIme to go through the Fraud process on ebay's site. Go to this link: http://crs.ebay.com/aw-cgi/ebayisapi.dll?crsstartpage Follow the instructions. I have to say not much chance of getting your phones back.
- Contact eBay and tell them the situation. They should look into it for you. I'm sure its fine and you have to wait for the payment to go into your account but better to be safe than sorry..
- Thank God you used E-bay and PayPAl. Both have excellent fraud protection. Get their customer service people involved ASAP.
- most ebayers will not send to nigeria because of all the scams. contact ebay righy away
- Do contact Paypal and ebay. You most likely have lost your money. Chalk it up to experience and move forward.
- You may contact paypal or ebay good thing is they have protection for there buyers and sellers. However, why did you ship the item always wait for all monies to be cleared before shipping any item. You never know if a check may bounce or if they may cancel the transaction and dispute. I think Ebay and Paypal may help you on this one however next time make sure those funds are sitting in your bank account and are cleared before shipping anything.
