Ebay, Scam or not??
I bidded and won some dvd's off ebay and with shipping them come to 77.99. Now i see that the ebay has 100% feeedback but when i look at it its all as being a buyer not a seller. Now i see that he doesn't take paypal, and I need to send check or money order to a P.O. box. Do you think this is a scam. would it just be better for me to not pay him and recieve a negitive feed back from him?

- Since you didn't do your research BEFORE you bid, you're obligated to complete the transaction. Many sellers start on eBay as buyers. Just because he hasn't sold anything yet doesn't mean it's a scam. Next time check the payment options BEFORE you bid!
- You can contact the member to see if they will mutually agree not to complete the transaction because you were unaware of the terms. If they mutually agree with you then you can not receive negative feedback. If they do not agree and want you to complete the transaction You have to complete the transaction or you will receive negative feedback. It would be a VERY good idea for you to put delivery confirmation or signature confirmation on your money order which will cost between $5-8 to send. You can dispute the transaction by showing the money order was sent to make sure you receive the merchandise. Check and see what the return policy is so once you do receive it if you are unhappy you can return it.
- Maybe you can talk it out through email
