paypal claim ebay scam?
ive been scammed on ebay for £140. i payed through paypal. the guy had no buyer protection i think and now he isnt registered to ebay . he as also scammed many others. i have made a claim to paypal and am wating for their reply. i want to know will i get my moneyback? wat conditions do i need to fulfill before i can get my moneyback and i think he has take all the money out of his paypal account because he has brought numerous things off ebay. will i still get my money back if he hasnt got anything in his paypal account

- If the guy cleans out his paypal account and doesn't have any bank account associated with his paypal account (or doesn't have any money in it), you could very well not recover anything. However, ebay does have a claim process where you could recover a portion of your money. They take $25 (US) and refund the rest (less shipping).
