I have two kid and between daycare and gas Im not bringing home enough money for my bills. I have tried all the survey web sites and they are not really worth it. I Dont wont to do the ebay thing because I dont have anything to sale and I dont want to buy something just to turn around and try to sale it and hope I make 2.00 more than what I payed for it to start of with. I have been to all (when i say all Im pretty sure I there isnt one I have missed) the websites to look up jobs at home and all I see is scams. I will not pay do to start a job I would have to go nuts first. I have looked into the medical coding and you have to train for like 9 weeks wich they dont pay you for and I cant afford to not work for 9 weeks. Only answers from people with jobs that they are doing from home or people with family or friends working from home.

People that work from home usually have their own business. I suggest cutting back on things you don't NEED and go on a money diet. There are countless ways to avoid spending money.
First of all I think you're wise to avoid all the work-from-home scams out there! My suspicion is that most telecommuting or work-from-home jobs don't start out that way. I hate to say this but there is no easy fix for working at home. I do work at home ....started about 6 months ago. I have worked for same marketing company for 7 years and finally got set up to work at home only after company spent ALOT of money to make it happen....and I had to buy new computer and set up complete home office. Couple ideas for you.....online research.....that industry is exploding right now. Local companies like insurance co's or law firms or billing co's are going online for all their research....some older attorneys are struggling to catch up with new online technology. You will have do some calling around or set up some meetings to get your foot in the door. And the most obvious...daycare. I did daycare at my home for 10 years. I built up my contacts and had about 15 different families I worked for. I also worked as state care provider and worked directly with social workers who provided me families who needed daycare providers. Made more money than my husband. Good luck!! Don't give up...there's a lot of options out there for you..you just have to keep searching.
I have a friend who works his regular job from home. The best work from home job, is when your boss at your CURRENT JOB lets you work from home.
