Ok i have no idea whats going on. Ok i sold an item on ebay for 46.03. The dude payd me then took back the payment. Then i had to pay for something on paypal but they said i owe them 46.03 in order to continue to use paypal. The man said he is going to pay me on friday the 46.03. SO arent i losing 46.03 because of the fact that i had to pay paypal?????? i did however use that payment of 46.03 i think that is why i had to pay them 46.03 so if the man pays me i guess i would make the profit so everything is good..

- I would get w/ paypal to get a better understanding. I hope you didn't ship the item to the person because I doubt you will get your money. You owe paypal because the buyer requested their money back and paypal had already given it to you.
- Sounds like the person is scamming you in my opinion
- it's hard to figure that one out, get in touch with paypal, doesnt sound right to me.
