Work from home???

This question may have already been asked or a similar question asked. Many work at home jobs are not real and I found out that a very recent work at home is not real. It did seem like a real job, but it was not. How do you tell a real work at home job from a fake work at home job? I did get an email answering this same question. The main question that I want to ask is "Are there any work at home jobs out there that are real and not scams?

  1. The question is really are you looking to work for someone else or try to build a business yourself. I have found that if you want to build your own busines then the answer is yes. It takes time, effort and persistence. Take a look at http://www.Wahrs.net , you can review some of the more popular programs.
  2. i do nelson homescan from home. it pays you in rewards, for spending, like i could get a bike, computer etc.... i also am a cake designer, and work from home while raising my 5yr old. if you don't pay to do a survey, or 'start up' then its a work from home. i know mystery shoppers are great! but you have to pay like $40 to start, but get that back right away!
  3. probably not. If you want to work at home look at your hobbies and skills that you have. Tutoring is always good. Do you play a musical instrument- give lessons- do you know a foreign language? Tutor and translate for social agencies and hospitals law firms and law enforcement. Use your imagination and you will come up with something.
  4. Yes, there are. Nonetheless ...you have to apply for a regular job through the regular channels and then check out with HR and / or your boss about telecommuting. I've done before and it was great but I have to be accountable for my assignments and keep tract of my time, expenses etc.It can get complicated, it's not easy. I went to the office once or twice a week. Better open your own business.
  5. Yes, there are many businesses you can buy into that are not scams. You will feel like you are being scammed, unless you actually work at it. Would you say you are focused, determined, and would be able to choose your own hours and succeed at something you feel strongly about?

  7. I worked as a medical transcriber for 13 years from home, and then started a website for transcriptionists. Many transcriptionists get their training through a course of study while others carry their medical terminology knowledge with them from other health related fields. You would need to get the terminology down, and then get started. Many companies want experience so there's a catch-22. However, doctors and hospitals may be hiring, and after a time you can work from home as many transcriptionists do. There's some excellent information for anyone considering a career in this field in the website listed below.

  15. There definitely are a lot of scams out there - a good way to tell is whether or not they have a product attached to it, or if you just earn off of the people you recruit into the business. I'm a success coach with a NYSE company and we teach people how to make money from the comfort of their home. You're welcome to view a 15-minute online presentation at www.wardoffidtheft.com to see if this is something that would work for you. Best of luck.
  16. There are many out fake jobs out there. I myself have fell victim to a couple. I have found some comfort in a certain review site that looks into the work at home realm. I feel pretty comfortable with the advice I receive at www.dataentryreview.info.... I have even gandered at www.onlineworkreview.info for some pretty good information as well. Good luck with your searching... I hope you find what you are looking for!!
  17. The ones that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ). http://working-from-home-ireland.blogspot.com/ Time & effort required - but do your own research on what is best for you, don't take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of forum. http://work-at-home-tips.blogspot.com/ I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work. http://american-data-entry.blogspot.com/ Hope it helps!
  18. The simple answer, yes! You must do your homework, however, and research a company before you get involved. I did a ton of investigating into this company and I loved what I saw, so I enrolled as a distributor. After 6 months of part time work I am earning $200/week. How hard you work will be matched by how much you earn. It really is a great opportunity!
  19. The answer is yes. You just need to check up on the company, look into the Better Business Bureau and such to find out if they are legit or not. I have a blog that you should check out. Among various information that is in there, there are a couple of work from home jobs on there. One is Associated Content and they are excellent if you love to write. Also, there is another one on there, I wouldn't call it a work from home opportunity, but a fun place to go and you can make at least $20-$30 a week extra for some spending cash in your pocket. 20. Who's Hiring? A variety of companies hire home-based workers, and many entrepreneurs are starting their own businesses based out of their homes. The following companies offer work-from-home opportunities to job seekers: . Alpine Access: A call center company that uses home-based customer service representatives to handle calls for a variety of companies, including J. Crew and 1-800-Flowers. . Arise: Matches work-from-home agents with open positions in sales, technical support and customer service. . West Corporation: Finds customer service agents based out of their homes for a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, retail and hospitality. Tips for Your Search When looking for companies that hire work-from-home employees, here are some things to consider: . Beware of work-from-home job postings that sound ideal but require you to pay a fee, transfer money, set up a bank account or give too much personal information up front. Research the company before you apply for a position to ensure it's legitimate. A little homework can help you avoid the many scams out there. . Make sure you understand the expenses involved with working from home. A high-speed Internet connection, mobile phone, printer and other items might be necessary to perform your job, so know what you'll need and what you can afford. Check with a financial adviser to see if you can write off any of this equipment when you file your taxes. . If you want to work at home so you can spend more time with your children or aren't looking for a full-time job, don't apply for positions that will be high-stress and have long hours. Working from home can be just as demanding as working in an office, so search wisely.
  21. Trust me I have tried them all and MOST are fakes. But now I make money through http://www.projectpayday.com/go/690479 And its been a great experience. I make good money, not good as in rich but I depend on it to pay my rent. They even have a mentor that can be assigned to you if you like. I don't have one so I don't know how that works though. Take a look and read it all its way to much to type but they have 3 options to make money. You can email me if you have a question if you like.
  22. Write eHow articles like this one: http://www.ehow.com/how_2244945_work-from-home.html It is free to sign up and they pay you per article. The more people you help the more money you can make. The only catch is you need to write many articles to make good money. For example, i am working to write 200 articles (about 5 per day) which should produce about $800 - $1200 of extra money a month....Also they pay via paypal every month. Takes a lot of work but once the articles are written, they will earn passive income and I am set! Good Luck and I hope this helps you!
