Can I trust ebay for buying Helio Ocean phone?
I am trying to buy Helio Ocean phone from ebay but I can't really trust the seller or the ebay. His feedback is 99%, but what if the device is broke or something? and why would they sell it in the first place if there is nothing wrong with it?

- check how may items he sold....... if its many then get it
- I bought a digital camera for CHEAP from an ebay seller that was still in it's original package. It's a great camera and it arrived on time. Try to buy whatever it is through a power seller. These are the most trusted sellers on ebay. Most things on ebay have a 3 day return policy on them, I say "most", I should say "some". Hope this helps!
- Trust on eBay is a hard subject. I have bought and sold many things on eBay. Selling electronics is very hard to do, due to it being an electronic device. Some things just stop working between shipping and receiving. I always honored dead on arrival equipment and accepted returns. Try asking the seller questions and have it spelled out why they are selling the device, and any reimbursement if it is not operational apon arrival.
