how long can a ebay scam investigation take long, if the scammer is from outside the USA?
I'm from the USA, scammed by someone in Italy. I got my money ack through paypal chargeback, but I pressed charge anyway! he scammed me of 250 usd and he scammed other 10-12 people! I don't know if they pressed charge as well dou. How long will it take to catch him? Will they arrest him if he tries to enter the US? Why after 11 months nothing happened yet? thanks!

- Good luck. It will probably never come to light. I got scammed three years ago and pressed charges, nothing has ever happened.
