What happends on eBay if i get ripped off?
Say I buy an iphone, and it turns out to be a scam of ebay like it says all the stuff about the iphone and that its %100 genuine, what happends after i get ripped off and report it, do i get my money back or what? explain.

- you must do your part of the investigation. the seller is entitled to give the most correct description of the item. they all say what you want to hear. before you buy you must also investigate the seller. check that he has a sound return policy. this will be the best way to find out if it is a scam. then you have to ask if the product is ... fake, generic, display, used, or refurbished. remember, they have to give you the right answer. this is a good way of having written proof that you did ask the right questions. at least this way if you don't get what you want then you can send this info to ebay and they will make sure that this seller is kicked off and your money returned.
