Is there any cash on delivery service which I can use on Ebay?

I was scammed on Ebay recently, paid for goods and didn't receive them. Is there any kind of service where you can pay for the goods when they are delivered?

1. Complain to EBay. File a complain against the seller.
2. No, but you can report the seller to EBay and leave negative feedback for the seller.
3. NO there is not. If you were scammed you should file a claim with ebay they will get your money back.
4. no as you could say the item has not turned up, not every one is honest ,and the item may still turn up late for you tho.
5. Best payment method to use on ebay is paypal because if you don't get the item there is a dispute process you can go through

7. You can try and see if the seller will allow escrow, otherwise, no there is no such service. Remeber that sometimes it is the postal service rather than the seller who is to blame for non arrival of goods - it then comes down to whether the seller has explicitly stated in their posting that they will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
8. I use EBay a lot and I've only had one problem, I contacted the seller and another item was sent by next post. However if you don't get anywhere with the seller do what the above people have said. The only way you are going to get COD is if you go and collect the item.
9. This doesn't answer your question but has to be said.. the post has a lot to answer for concerning none deliveries. Postmen /women don't want to return to the office with parcels also as an ex postman i can verify that pinching is rife.. your mail is insured for £26 as standard so keep your receipt from the post office. Have known neighbours to keep parcels too and deny taking them for "next" door. This is also against Royal Mails policy to leave them with neighbours. ALWAYS use RECORDED DELIVERY. Also when buying use PayPal and report any bad service..
