If I Scammed On Ebay for an online game account what would happen when the seller reports?
I know that if you scam for a real life item you would be sent to court but if i bought a GAME account

- read their FAQ or terms of service from their home page, scroll down and there should be a link and stuff i read it once but forgot now good luck
- Either way, I think this is called internet fraud. If you're scamming them and there's REAL LIFE MONEY involved, it's still against the law. The more money, the more of a big deal it is. I wouldn't try it if I were you. No reason in taking bets.
- If money changes hands and you scammed someone for it, then it doesn't matter what was bought.
- What do you mean? Did you bounce check are something? Maybe you should reword the question so people don't get the wrong idea. You could always just send the seller the payment. My son was scammed by two sellers on Ebay and nothing was ever done. He never got a penny back. So I am not a fan.
