iam selling an windows Xp on ebay and they keep removing ? do i have have to ask microsoft to sell the cd?

- They should be giving you a reason for removing. I had tried to sell some vitamins that were left over from a large supply I had and they removed them and told me that I wasn't allowed to sell the product. Not only that but the company got my personal information from eBay and found the name of the distributor I bought it from in their database and she called me. I was embarrassed. I told her I just wasn't happy with the product and she said selling on eBay wasn't allowed that I had to return them. You should be allowed to sell a Windows XP.
