- Since you have waited for more than 7 days, you can follow the Unpaid Item process so you can get your final value fees back and get a relisting credit If the buyer eventually pays, then you can withdraw the dispute. But if not, at least you'll get part of your ebay fees back Read the process and follow eBay's instructions http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/unpaid-item-process.html
- wad i suggest is that let wait for them to send u the money as any money transfer is fast, wait for them to reply your mail they may have gone for holiday or might be busy too that may be why you did not receive your mail. when ebayer have around 70++ comment they wont wan to ruin their reputation by just cheating your 11 bucks
- I usually just call them. That save you all the trouble waiting and guessing. Leave a message if no one answers. Tell the buyer if you do not get a reply within X days, you will need to re-list the item. You call them and use eBay reply so you will have a record on that. Sometime, emails went to junk folder and people did not get a chance to see them at all. If you eventually get the money order, and you still have your item, just ship it and notify the buyer. Or, refund the money if your item is not available anymore. I have been selling on eBay for over 8+ years. You just can't let small delay like you take out all your time. If anyone is selling (or will be selling) a high price item on eBay, I do have a few tips on how to do that. My experience to sell any high price item is to use "Featured Item" and start the auction a $0.99 (and 10 days auction) and a Buy-it now price. This will put you on top on search result. And, this will attract lots of bidders. Put a reserve if you don't want to take a chance. Most of time, I do not put a reserve price and end up selling more than I was originally asked (in the Buy-it-now) price. And, from time to time, I just break even. A few times, I loss money. But, I got almost perfect rating because people got great deals. That help you sell more in the future. Overall, I did make money selling on eBay. Search eBay pulse (http://pulse.ebay.com/) first to find out how many people are selling the same or similar items like yours. If you do not have lots of positive feedbacks, at least get a ID Verify so people can trust you on high price items. If you have a near perfect rating (like 99%), that helps you sell high price items quickly. Make sure you have good pictures to showcase your items. VERY IMPORTANT. Don't use the same picture like everyone else. And, be sure to list your items in the right category. If your item is new, list the website where shows the retail price so people know the value of your item. If your price is at least 25% to 50% cheaper than retails, you can sell them quick. At 50% off retails, many times, I was able to sell them within 10 minutes after they were listed. If you find too many people are selling the same item like yours, chances are you won't be getting a good profit selling that on eBay. Try Craigslist instead. I also use eBay to get rare-find items with lots of success. Most of time, I got them at very low price. I use online tools like these: Find eBay items with Misspelled words: http://www.misspellingbee.com Most watched eBay items: http://mostwatched.ws eBay auctions ending soon with $1 or less. http://dollarauctions.ws/ These tools help me find great bargains. I hope my 2 cents will help anyone selling on eBay.
