  1. yes
  2. no it does not beacuas you are stupid!
  3. It depends. If can add additional cost for mailing. Before placing the advertisement, find out the cost of courier and include as additional cost. If someone willing to collect in person, then they need not pay for courier. Another advice is don't commit for international couriers. The reason is that you need spend more time about legal reasons etc
  4. That's up to you. You can mail it or meet them somewhere for pickup. If it's something small, like a baseball card, you can send it through the normal mail (USPS). Something bigger would need to be shipped (UPS, FedEx...). When you list your item it prompts you to pick which delivery option you want. Most standard is shipping, since you can have people from all over the world bidding instead of only people that live up to an hour away from you. The reason you would want to have local pick-up only is if the item is really big or really fragile. Ex. a surfboard. Some people don't want to hassle with shipping it since it's expensive, a hassle to the seller, and could easily get damaged getting shipped, and leaves that open to "this isn't what I bought.. the board's broken.." But again, it only lets the people that live close to you to bid, greatly decreasing your chances of selling it. So if you choose the shipping method, then yes, you do have to mail it. The buyer pays for it, you just have to package it up and ship it. You can even have the UPS/FedEx people come to your house so you don't have to go anywhere. Make sure whichever option you want to do (local pick-up only or Shipping) you make it clear in your posting and follow through when you sell your item. Good luck
  5. Yes, you should mail it. Before you post an item for sale, you should have a rough idea of how much it will cost to ship the item. There are helpful tips on ebay for this. Then you would specify what the shipping amount would be or have it automatically calculated based on where the bidder lives. Once you receive their payment of the item, you ship it to them. Make sure you package it so that nothing will break. Happy selling! :-)
  6. Mail it, deliver it yourself, meet the buyer etc. its entirely up 2 u
  7. eBay is the largest online marketplace and one of the most popular ways to earn an income from home with a PC and internet connection. Selling on eBay is inexpensive and easy to start. 8. Yeah, you have to mail it unless you specify that it's for pick-up only. Unless your item is really huge or fragile, that's not a good idea because it limits you to local buyers. I've shipped several big dollhouses and it's not that big a deal. Get an idea of what it will cost to ship, and factor in your packaging materials and insurance (if necessary) then quote the cost in your listing. Here's a tip - it's cheaper to send small items through the post office, and large heavy items through FEDEX. They're a little cheaper than UPS.
  9. There is some useful advice here.
  10. or what... Just kidding, of course you mail it, unless you'd rather hop on a plane and deliver the item that you sold in person.
