- Your best response will be if you set a low starting price - maybe $5 or $10 dollars. You can set a reserve if you don't feel you will get your price. Unless it is a brand new, spectacular laptop, I doubt you will get anywhere near $2400 for it.
- Hi, As an experienced eBay user, here's what I suggest: - Start the price as low as possible, at preferably $1 - Never set a reserve. It's been proven many times that items with a reserve don't get as high a price as items without a reserve - Use professional looking templates to show your professionality, or put your laptop for sale with another experienced eBay seller to do the design and communication for you. Best of luck!
- Hi You can learn a load of tips about selling on eBay - which you can relate to selling your laptop on my website at: http://www.auction-enterprise.com/articles.html James http://www.auction-enterprise.com
- Buy cheap and sell for a profit! A great resource and well kept secret by ebay powersellers is the World wide brands directory... They have thousands of dropship wholesale suppliers to choose from. http://www.worldwidebrands.com/?kbid=16227 ... I definitely recommend this for someone who is serious about making a living on ebay. Be careful of other sites that claim to have this info, WorlWideBrands is the only proven and trusted tool I use.
- Place a reserve on your laptop first of all. Start the price out low, usually the lower the higher it goes. I would say $100-150
