please help with ebay-SELLING BRAND NAMES?
I dont understand why ebay dont let me sell my things like my original louis vuitton bag ..if I can see lots and lots of louis vuitton bags selling in ebay .when they took my item off they told me that is trademark violation ,why only me when there is a lot of items the same as mine selling in ebay. ..they have suspended 2 of my accounts for selling brands like nike and adidas..if another people sell the same like adidas and nike..why suspend me and they dont suspend the another ..Am I doing anything wrong ?..do I need to know something about ebay to make me aloud to sell brands ... is there a secret to selling brand names without ebay taking them off All my items are 100 % original how can they presume that my items are fakess without evidence or fair hearing ..

- it is when people report you to e-bay for selling fakes that they will remove them. e-bay will investigate to see if you have a mis-leading title or inappropriate seller terms and if they rule against you then your listing will be removed and if you persist then they will suspend your account. it is to protect buyers against anything fraudulent which is good.
- The amount of fake louis vuitton bags around no wonder they cannot tell what are real or fakes. When you have a new account and not the highest of scores the trust in people does appear low, keep the tags on and let the buyers know where you bought the goods from make it seem legit.
- you really should phone them or email them and ask them to stop doing this you can see why they do it there are hundreds of fakes/copies being sold on ebay and most of them sellers get away with it i to have had listings removed which is really maddining but i emailed them and told them my item was authentic and ive never had anything removed since hope this helps
