Ebay Buying?
I brought an item off of ebay ebay with a cheque. The man was called gamesfocus do u know if he is a good seller. He has a lot of feedback but his bad feedback is really bad. He never answers my questions. Do you know if he is genuine?

- I hope your not serious? Why would you buy from someone with bad feedback? Not to mention when you know he is clearly bad, why would you ask?
- I do not know this seller, but, if he has any bad feedback, do not buy from him. Others have had problems, there is a good chance you will too. Report him to e-bay and file a complaint, he cannot sell on e-bay until the complaint is resolved so he will have to answer you.
- You should have asked these questions before you agreed to buy from him What you did wrong was to buy the item OFF ebay -- this means that if this seller does not deliver, you have no recourse through ebay. eBay will not help you because you violated their rules. When you buy off ebay, you buy at YOUR OWN RISK Moreso that he's got bad feedback that are really bad -- and these are from people who bought from him through ebay. Since you bought off-ebay, you cannot even leave feedback to him. So imagine how many buyers he's duping off-ebay

- If you have already bought the item I would give the seller the benefit of the doubt, but if you do not receive your item you will need to contact eBay and report that the item hasn't been received. Good luck!
- There are a lot of scammers on Ebay....many are phishing email addresses and sending people "second chance" offers which of course don't exist and they pocket the money. It is up to you to make intelligent decisions when using Ebay and always err with GREAT CAUTION.
