i haven't used or purchased anything from ebay . i need to try . but i 'm pretty confused...like shipping details ...from usa to here ..do people from india get thing s from there? any one experienced? pl help. and if possible suggest to me some very cheap item for a trial buy ...thx

- I would never buy anything over any border with e-bay, not even if you use pay pal...my husband and I sold an item over e-bay to a Canadian and after they received the merchandise they said they did not sign the slip it was someone else so we lost our money and never received our item back. You do not know if you will ever get your item from over the border and there is very little that e-bay could do.....all they have to do is create a new account. buyer be ware!
