- i think its really safe coz ive been using it from the past 2 years..
- Read the description carefully. Some seller will try to trick you by listing something that also seem like what it is but isn't. Someone sold 3 PSX because someone didn't read the description carefully. He thought it was for a Playstation 3, not 3 Playstation. Someone else bid on a 360 box because he didn't read the title carefully: XBOX 360 Box. Look at the seller's ratings. If it's high, then look at all the items that he has sold. Make sure he's not selling cheap items to boost his ratings. Don't be afraid to email the seller to clarify something you don't understand or to make sure that he is selling what he is selling.
- Just make sure you read the description, thats what you would be paying for. If in the description the sellers decides to say "You are buying a box that USE to have a PS3 in it" then he could send you an empty box. But if it says you are bidding on a NEW or USED Playstation 3, then that is what you should get. If you don't you can leave bad feedback to the Ebay user, and have Ebay request your money back. Ebay is really good making sure people don't get ripped off. Usually you want to get with ebay sellers that have higher feedback rating (I usually always look at what the person has gotten recently and if it has screwed any people). I buy used stuff on ebay all the time, but you want to make sure you know what you are getting (what condition its in, does it work and so forth) if it doesn't list it, then ask the seller.
